What is livehappygoa.com?

At Livehappygoa (“Livehappygoa”, also referred to as “we”, “us,” “our” and other similar pronouns), our mission is to fulfill the needs of NGOs with Individual and corporate product donations. Happy Souls Services Private limited alias Livehappygoa connects the NGOs with the individuals and the corporates. We are driven by a vision that leverages technology to create new and engaging online solutions that strengthen NGOs, individuals and corporate for online donations. Livehappygoa accepts new corporate product donations that can be used by our listed verified NGOs.

Livehappygoa website provides an online platform for individuals, and corporates (collectively, the “Donors”) to make donations to the NGOs partnered with Livehappygoa. Donors (individual or corporate) will be able to donate in kind; grocery, stationery, toiletries, furniture etc to verified NGOs listed on livehappygoa website.

Donations & Payment Processing

All donation in kind ( old or new) orders placed by donors will be delivered by Livehappygoa to fulfill the needs of NGOs. All payments are made online.

Cancellation & Refunds of Donations

Cancellation

(a) As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your donation order once you have received confirmation of the same.

(b) However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order/donated item being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

(c) We reserve the sole right to cancel your donation in the following circumstance:

• (i) in the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone offered by us;
• (ii) the donated old items are not in good shape or in bad condition
• (iii) failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the NGOs.

Refunds

It is not Livehappygoa policy to provide refunds on donations (old or new). Refunds of donations will only be made where permitted by law and once reviewed and approved by Livehappygoa Team.

(a) You shall be entitled to a refund only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

• (i) your donated old items are found to be in bad shape or not not in a working condition
• (ii) us cancelling your order due to your delivery location falling outside our designated NGOs and delivery zones

(b) Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

Pricing Policy

Price Range

At Livehappygoa, we have listed pricing for all the products/supplies required at an NGO according to the services rendered by us. The details are provided to you before hand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service. The beneficiaries at an NGO require good quality supplies and no brand matter to us. The pricing displayed on the website is the minimal amount.

All donations to be paid online. No cash on delivery available.

Definitions

“Natural disaster event” shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action or any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to your mobile or storage device, crashes, breach of security and encryption.

“Personal Information” refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person, to whom such information pertains including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number and email address disclosed by you in relation to the services available on the Website.

Personal Information provided by you in relation to the use of the Website: In order for us to sucessfully deliver your order to you, we collect your Personal Information as may be required for the purposes connected thereto when you place an order on the Website.

We may be required to disclose such Personal Information to the Third Parties solely in connection with purchase, sale and delivery of your order in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by such Third Party.

We use the details provided by you during check out to ensure that orders have are successfully delivered on time, and to keep you informed on the status of your order.

Depending on the Third Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third Party Accounts, you understand that by granting us access to the Third Party Accounts, we will access, make available and store (if applicable and as permitted by the SNS and authorized by you) the information in your Third Party Accounts so that it is available on and through your account on the Website. If there is information about your “friends” or people with whom you are associated in your Third Party Account, the information we obtain about those “friends” or people with whom you are associated, may also depend on the privacy settings such people have with the applicable SNS.
